Deliverr now supports Etsy Direct integration.

Etsy Direct Integration Now Available With Deliverr

We’re excited to announce that you can now link your Etsy business to Deliverr directly. Deliverr can now import and fulfill your Etsy orders automatically!

If you’re already a Deliverr merchant, go to your connections page in Seller Portal. If you’re new to Deliverr, sign up for an account and click the Etsy symbol on the “Choose your integration” page. Simply input your Etsy credentials and you’re good to go!

To begin, examine why you would want to explore selling on Etsy if you haven’t before.

Why should you sell on Etsy?

With 46+ million active users spending billions of dollars each year, Etsy provides several profitable options for online commerce. Almost 80% of Etsy transactions are repeat purchases, according to Forbes (across the platform, not individual stores).

The creative online marketplace also has a distinct and dedicated consumer base, no monthly fees, and a plethora of selling options – ideal for any creative business! Not to mention their overall revenues of $3 billion in the second quarter of 2021. We’re excited to share our new direct connection with this creative marketplace. Prerequisites

All of your Etsy listings should include the following:

  • Be active and visible.
  • Have the following SKU value: For them to sync effectively, the SKU value on your Etsy listing must precisely match the SKU value on your DSKU (Deliverr SKU). For further information, see Check and Repair SKU Mismatches.

Everything mentioned above also applies if you have variants on a listing. You must also keep track of inventory amounts per option. Please see My Etsy listing did not transfer into my Deliverr catalog for additional details.

The last need for linking your Etsy business is to establish an Etsy shipping profile for Deliverr. Ensure that your purchasers see an estimated delivery date that corresponds to the Deliverr Standard SLA.

Optional: You may provide quicker delivery speeds to your clients, but you must map those shipping upgrades in Deliverr. More information may be found at Set Shipping Upgrades in Etsy and Map to Service Levels in Deliverr.

Linking your Etsy store

It is easy to connect your Etsy store to Deliverr. The following are the actions you must take to get started:

Sign up as a new merchant here and choose Etsy as an integration.

If you’re an established merchant, go to your Seller Portal’s Integrations page and pick Etsy. Click ‘Continue’ to be sent to Etsy.

If you haven’t already done so, you’ll need to check in to Etsy. Check that you are signed in with the right Etsy account. If you have several Etsy accounts (for personal and commercial use, for example), log in with the one that has the shop you wish to link to Deliverr.

Give Deliverr permission to view your catalog and orders. These permissions are required for Deliverr to import and fulfill your orders.

You will then be sent back to the Deliverr Seller Portal, where your catalog will be immediately imported to complete the connection process.

You’re done after you’ve connected! Deliverr will automatically import new orders when we have available inventory and will update Etsy with the inventory quantity figures for your SKUs on a regular basis.
